  How is the production process?
  
  
  The  modified clay base material is burned at a certain temperature (low heat temperature) and in print to be a product flexitile.
  
  
  Flexitile products do not use pigments for the colouring process, the colour on flexitile is obtained from the clay itself (yellow clay, red, white etc) precisely this condition making Flexitile look more natural, as does the natural stone whose colour will not be the same as the others.
  
  
  How durable are the colors?
  
  
  Oldest project of FlexiTile in Jabotabek is 5 years and until now there is no problem with the color. But if we refer to the laboratory test outcome by SGS, the colour can last up to 30 years.
  
  
  How to clean it?
  
  
  Since the majority of Flexitile products are created for outdoor use, these products have more tendency to have dirty and certainly require care.
  
  
  Flexitile can be cleaned easily by "sponge", water and soap only, it does not require any chemicals.
  
  
  Due to contamination by other materials during the installation of Flexitile, such as cement mortar, can be cleaned using "sponge", water, soap and plastic brush as mentioned above.
  
  
  Just like any other natural stone materials,  flexitile will be difficult to clean if exposed to paint, therefore it should be avoided by dirty paint.
