WALLSPAN - ALUCOPANEL

Wallspan’s Alucopanel is a leading brand of Aluminium Composite Panels designed and manufactured by Danube Group in Dubai, UAE.

Supplied in FR and A2 graded structures, these panels stand by international practices while holding properties of the latest edition of UAE Fire & Life Safety Guidelines.

This product embraces its prime composition of two sheets of aluminium alloy 3000 series with a 0.5mm thickness that is sandwiched with a 3mm/5mm thick flame retarded, inorganic mineral filled core bonded with a high molecular adhesive.

It is thereafter coated with a high quality PVDF paint in a range of standard solid and metallic finishes or any RAL colour finish.

In addition, the core of the FR panel is mainly composed with fire resistant minerals including a minute percentage of polyethylene thus forming a limited combustile material. However, the A2 panel comprises a non – combustile core with a technology adhering to the fire standard “Class A2-s1, d0” when tested in accordance to European Standard EN13501-1.

It claims to be one of the very few ACP manufacturers holding the British Standard for “Full-scale Facade Fire Propagation Test” – “BS 8414-1”
It is also a certified ACP product covering reaction to fire testing standards ASTM E84 as well as ASTM D1929 for its self & flash ignition temperature tests.
